I recently published another post about weight loss prior to obtaining a speaker. My problem is that I work FT and I get home later sometimes, and I am tired and lazy when it goes to the meal. So I ate Lean kitchens have not seemed to help me lose weight. I eat their cause, they are so easy and false controlled but I hear leaders of salt. So, what is good to eat? My previous post, people suggested eating fruits/vegetables. I appreciate that now I need to know what to eat. Can someone recommend a diet or resources for quick recipes. I can't eat salad for a month but honestly if that will work great.Once I get pregnant, I do not eat salads also because I want to make sure that the baby will make nutrition.Je take a vitatmin meet daily but is it enough?
I am a white female, 5 ' 6, 155 kg, 32 years old, and I want to lose about 20 kg before the end of October. I always wanted lean legs as is where my lies weight: butt, hips and now I am See cellulite in my arms, I have never had (have it on my thighs). I help me guys. I'll also try and drink plenty of water - how much? I am clueless. I also try and wheel every day, which I am not consistent in the because I try and go to the night and I "m tired."I am not morning but how to change and wake up at 6 am to go do jogging! Can anyone help with, please!I feel gross.One of the worst parts is that I feel muscle under fat but cannot lose.
