Today, I did a class "viscera, butts and thighs"
It is considered to be a pretty good workout, but I am in shape so that I was not certain, that I heard others say how it their painful but idk if I feel that.
class was one hour and then I talked to the instructor and asked his calories how it considers it brûlés.elle said of course it depends on weight, which, as I know, but she considers it around of 600, because it is an anaerobic class mixes cardio and strength.
After class I ran 3 miles, 2 was a jog, and 1 was a six thousand minutes
then I did a few more and workouts ab workouts a bit more leg for approximately 20 minutes.
you would consider this moderate exercise or hard exercise?
This will be probably be only 1 day a week because, the class is only one day per week
tomorrow, I'll probably run approximately 5 miles and do about 30-45 minutes of strength training
Sea .j's have a game of soccer for one hour.
Thursday: will be a class of Kick Boxing cardio during one hour, then probably run 2 miles, then a hip-hop class
afterwards, I would force during 30 min
Fri satellite are usually breaks
but I could go to a club where I dance for at least 2 hours internationally and is should be some exercise
and another day, that probably I will for a walk of 3 to 5 miles
but throughout the weekends are rest days
the main point is you considerate would my moderate exercise or heavy?
