We have a fight on our hands.

A control to retrieve a physical culture, what I fear has become lost on this generation actuelle.Une task on this scale requires an understanding of basic needs of children from the physical point of view, development, and inspirational.

Here is a bullet primer on some philosophies of the physical condition of the children, and how we can help recover the health of our youth by activity.

The ultimate goal with children, any fitness initiative is to inculcate a joy for the activity that will carry into adulthood.
